These Regulations are based on our long-standing experience, established standards, as well as the current Bulgarian legislation.

Laguna Medical Spa Hotel guarantees its guests confidentiality.

The purpose of the regulations is to assist and ensure the maximum safety and satisfaction of the guests of Hotel Laguna Medical Spa.

RULES FOR CHECK-IN AND STAY AT THE HOTEL

  1. The hotel is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. Check-out is until 11:00, check-in is after 14:00.
  3. Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present an ID.
  4. In case of early cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  5. Your request for early check-in or late check-out will be granted if possible, only upon prior clarification with reception and upon payment of the appropriate fee.
  6. Please contact reception immediately if you lose your hotel key card. To be issued with a duplicate, you must present your ID card.
  7. Towels: We kindly ask that you do not remove white towels from your room.
  8. Beach towels : Please return towels to the room each night after use to be replaced with dry and clean towels.
  9. In order to provide our guests with an exceptional feeling of cleanliness and tranquility, we reserve the right to access rooms for cleaning, maintenance, checking the condition of furniture and appliances or to prevent disturbance of the hotel’s internal order.
  10. Consumption from the minibar is charged according to the price list. When leaving the hotel, the guest must wait for the mini bar to be checked.
  11. Please leave your valuables and documents in the room safe. Items left unattended in the room or on the property are the guest’s responsibility.
  12. Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 1 month.
  13. Please protect the hotel property and observe fire safety regulations.
  14. Before leaving your room, please close windows, water taps, turn off lights and appliances.
  15. Each guest is responsible for damages (intentional and unintentional) caused on the territory of the complex personally. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account a fee for the damage caused, according to the price list provided at Reception, which the guest must pay.
    The guest shall compensate the hotel for the value of the damaged property.
  16. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in all indoor areas of the complex. If a violation is found, a charge of 200 BGN will be added to the room’s bill.
  17. Parking of cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel or in a way that blocks traffic is prohibited.
